Worship at Trinity is enriched by our various musical ensembles and soloists. Under the direction of our Minister of Music, our music program supports the voice of the assembly through a variety of idiom.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve scaled back our music ministry like so many other congregations have, in order to keep folks safe. We are grateful to our cantors and other musicians who help keep music as a central part of our liturgy. We look forward to returning to our full music ministry once the pandemic is firmly behind us
Our mixed-voice adult choir gathers Thursdays at 7:00 pm, and participates in most worship services from September through May. Trinity Choir is open to experienced and novice singers, and learns music from the early Reformation through contemporary.
Pax Christi Choir
Pax Christi is our funeral choir. With a high degree of flexibility, this group gathers on an as-needed basis to provide a musical support for funerals held at Trinity.
Trinity’s handbell ringers are an intergenerational group, with eight positions, and membership open to individuals ages 10 and up. The Handbell Ensemble meets Mondays at 6:30 pm and rings in worship services six to ten times per program year.
Our worship band gathers occasionally to lead worship at special services through the year. Guitar, piano, drums, and vocals round out this ensemble.
Trinity’s Pipe Organ
Trinity is home to a lovely 14-rank 1982 Gabriel Kney organ. Check out our organ page for more details.
Trinity’s Grand Piano
Trinity hosts a lovely Kawai 6-foot grand piano, on long-term loan to us by a friend of the congregation.
