Trinity offers midweek hybrid evening prayer during the season of Lent. Join us on Thursday evenings at 6:30 pm, starting March 2nd, for a half-hour of contemplative worship with readings, music, and candlelight. A simple soup supper will precede these Evening Prayer services. Come for fellowship and a bowl of soup at 5:30 pm in Trinity Hall. Consider bringing a friend! Look for the sign-up sheet in the narthex if you care to contribute soup or bread.

Due to the advancing winter storm, Trinity’s church council has elected to cancel Trinity programming for Wednesday, February 22nd. This includes tonight’s Ash Wednesday service and choir practice. Please hold in your prayers those who work to keep others safe during inclement weather.

We look forward to welcoming you to worship on the First Sunday in Lent, both in-person and online, on Sunday, February 26th.

Trinity is participating as part of a “coalition of the willing”, joining other justice-minded congregations to sponsor two families from Liberia as refugees to Canada. These families will settle in the Hamilton area with member churches in the coalition providing financial and in-kind support to Trinity Lutheran Church, Hamilton, which will be legally responsible for the sponsorship.
