Trinity’s Pentecost Photo Challenge

The Day of Pentecost, May 31st this year, is the 50th day of the Easter season. And, we need your involvement!

Click here for a “Filled with the Holy Spirit” colouring sheet. Print and colour the sign, or make your own, and then snap a picture of yourself and send it to us! Want to be even more festive? Put on a splash of red!

This challenge goes out to folks of all ages and abilities. Whether it’s you and your family, your kids, or just you, we’d love to see you!

Please send your picture by Tuesday, May 26th to mail@telc.ca.

COVID-19 Response

WORSHIP

Trinity has resumed in-person worship. No RSVP is necessary, and a proof-of-vaccination requirement is in effect. Quiet masked singing is allowed, though we’re temporarily reducing the number of hymns and songs out of an abundance of caution. Council will review COVID precautions again at their March meeting.

We invite you to join us for services online on Sundays at 9:30 am on our Facebook page. Details for joining and participating in online worship services are found here.

OFFERINGS

Please remember that Trinity relies on financial offerings to continue our ministry with as few interruptions as possible. Our regular Trinity folks are encouraged to sign up for Pre-Authorized Remittance, mail a cheque to the church, or drop off using the drop-box just inside the main entrance doors.

For friends of Trinity who would also like to send an offering, donations can be made directly on our website here. Please note that all online donations made through this channel will receive a tax receipt from Canada Helps, who handles the online donation transaction on our behalf. (Trinity folks… these donations will not be duplicated on your Trinity tax receipt.)

Lenten Journey

Our Lenten journey begins at Trinity with Ash Wednesday worship on February 26th at 7:00 pm. Join us for the imposition of ashes and Holy Communion.

You are then invited to join us Evening Prayer on the Thursdays of Lent, starting March 5th. Evening Prayer is at 6:30 pm, preceded by a simple soup supper at 5:30 pm.

And, of course, you can join us on the Sunday in Lent at 9:30 am, followed by fellowship and coffee. Faith Adventures, youth programming, and adult learning also happen on most Sunday mornings.

Consider accompanying us on our Lenten journey!

“Return to the Lord, your God, for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love.”
