Lynn has been a member of Trinity for a decade and was elected congregational president in 2016. She is an active member at Trinity, ringing handbells, and singing in the choir.
The Rev. Tanya Ramer
Tanya Ramer is a pastor of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada. Ordained for 15 years, she has accepted the call to serve as Trinity’s pastor, and began her ministry here in 2017.
The Rev. Helen Toman
Helen Toman is a pastor of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada. She provides pastoral care to those in need in our community, especially those who are sick, or shut-in.
Parish Administrator & Minister of Music
Jamie Courtney joined the staff of Trinity in 2012 as Minister of Music. This role encompasses the whole musical well-being of our congregation, seeing him direct choral and handbell ensembles, and leading congregational song at the organ and piano. In 2016, Jamie also became Parish Administrator, taking responsibility for many of the day-to-day functions of the congregation.
Heidi Van Schaik
Heidi is the newest member of our team, taking the helm of youth ministry in the fall of 2019. Heidi has experience leading youth ministry locally, synodically, and nationally.
Brian Racho has served as Trinity’s sexton for more than ten years, providing maintenance to our facilities, and assisting those who use them.
The Rev. Ron Leonard
Honourary Assistant Pastor
Ron Leonard is a pastor of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada. He retired after more than 30 years in ministry, serving as a parish pastor in Nova Scotia and Ontario. Pastor Leonard also served as secretary of the Eastern Synod for many years, and as an interim pastor in several congregations following his retirement.
Emerita Director of Music
Gywin Murray served as Trinity’s Director of Music for fifty years, retiring in 2011. Gywin maintains a supportive musical role in our congregation.
